There are several steps to take if you believe you have forgotten your password:

1. Ensure you typed the correct password. Remember, passwords are case sensitive. See Password Guidelines for more information.

2. Make sure Caps Lock is not enabled on your keyboard.

3. Was the Member ID entered correctly? Make sure you have entered your Member ID and domain which is the same as your full email address.

4. Ensure cookies are enabled.

5. After two unsuccessful attempts, open a new browser window such as Internet Explorer and try again.

You said, "There's only 2 people who know my password myself & my boyfriend."

Why would you give anyone your password? Three other people had it -- your boyfriend and 2 others. However, they could have given it to someone....

Keep all passwords to yourself. Then, you will know for certain who has them.

if you received an email that seemed to be from ebay asking you to confirm your password or settings then it would be logical to assume that you are the victim of a phishing scan. It goes like this, you get an email that looks just like an ebay email, it contains a link to sign on and verify something with your ebay account, the site looks like ebay but if you check the actual address in the address bar it will not be ebays address, then they post bogus stuff on your site, have the payment shipped to them and then never deliver, they keep the money and you get a bad rating, if you get any emails in your inbox from ebay or paypal or any other place that handles your money in some way, you should type the address directly in the address bar yourself and check your account that way, if they dont have anything on your account telling you what the email told you then its a scam and you should report it immediately

well did you ever receive an e-mail saying you needed to update your info? of so you gave all your account info to some one if you filled it out. Yes I know it looked real but eBay or any place (pay pal, your bank, even yahoo) will never ask for that info.
